Description
When a UI Layer is set to Display and the window size is changed then it should use the current GUI coordinate system, it does not seem to do that and will distort based on the window size
Steps To Reproduce
Run project
Red(room) and Blue(UI Layer) initially match
Change window size
Red and Blue are now different but not in an expected way
