Upgrading failed as matrix-synapse user doesn't exist anymore

Describe the bug

Trying to update from v 0.15.1ynh1 to 0.15.1ynh2 after upgrading to the latest version of synapse fails.

Context

• Hardware: Old laptop or computer
• YunoHost version: 11.2.11.2
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
• Using, or trying to install package version/branch: 0.15.1~ynh2
• If upgrading, current package version: 0.15.1~ynh1

Steps to reproduce

• upgrade synapse to v 1.104.0~ynh1
• matrix-synapse user is replaced by synapse user
• trying to upgrade mautrix_telegram
