MNG-in-Qt apng2mng example

This example demonstrates usage of MNG animated graphics within Qt UIs.

Native support for MNG has been moved from Qt's base into qtimageformats plugin. On Ubuntu the name of that package for Qt5 is qt5-image-formats-plugins.
