What's the difference between setProximityFreq and setProximityHz?

I saw in the `wakeOnInterrupt()` method that the setProximityFreq is set to 32, but that seems like it should be a value between 0-3. Is hz the sampling rate or freq? Thanks for any help on this. Trying to keep power low while waking on interrupt.
