Context
Discovered during PR review of TLS analyzer (#2).
The StreamDispatcher silently drops all data for flows classified as DispatchTarget::None. Users have no visibility into how much traffic was unanalyzed. Add an unclassified_flows: u64 counter exposed in summary output.
