Hello
Can the app have support for vosk models. They have more variety of languages and they work good, not perfect but usable.

I have only tried english and spanish using nerd-dictation and I think its not bad.

I don't know if it is hard to implement it. But one good thing is that it has bindings for multiple languages https://alphacephei.com/vosk/install
