Header levels should be clickable

I wish posts with headers were clickable like this header. Kramdown has an option for clickable header links, but it does not work.

Yes, a header should have a link and change the URL to scroll there

This might be a limitation of Jekylll since it uses the GitHub Flavored Markdown (GFM) processor, but if the full Kramdown package is installed then there may be a way to access the feature.
