Today I uploaded a LoRA adapter with (I guess) something near what you are asking for.
I recorded myself singing with a VERY hoarse voice because of a strong cold.
Try it and see if it is what you need. Tip. Use LoRA Grade between 0.2 - 0.7, around 0.5 is ok.
