Add support for filtering by Results Data Provider in task custom filters

Users can create custom filters for the task index page.

These filters can select by many attributes, e.g. group, status, task type, etc.

One attribute that is not supported is the "Results Data Provider" which is just an association with the DataProviders model.

This issue is about adding support for that attribute.
