Basic keyboard shortcut

• Play/pause with K.
• Skip back/forward with J/L.
• Adjust playback speed with S/D.
• Move to prev/next transcript block when moving with left/right arrow at the edge of the content.
• Move to prev/next transcript block with up/down arrow. Preserve column.
• Duplicate block with ⌘+D. Reuse metadata (duration, speaker). Start at the end of selected block.
• Move focus off transcript editor with Esc.
• Focus transcript editor with I (insert mode).
