Missing documentation for wsgiserver and wifimanager files

I noticed that the built documentation doesn't feature these files, so I was wondering if that was intentional for any reason.  I assume specific files were documented so the custom PWMOut and digitalio files could be ignored, and then more were added later that never got documented?  Happy to add them to api.rst if they're just accidentally missing!
