Issues installing Spyre

Above shows the error I keep running into on using pip install dataspyre
Do you have requirements for version of python etc, or can anyone resolve the issue with another import in the preamble of my python doc?

My guess it is a Python 2 versus Python 3 thing: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29358403/no-module-named-urllib-parse-how-should-i-install-it
