Bulk Operations

This ticket is to represent requirements for all Authoring based bulk operations. We need a way to make bulk changes to content on Adobe.com.

Sometimes, we need to:
bulk change content
bulk change images
bulk publish pages
bulk deactivations
bulk localize
bulk change / add tags
Fixing blueprint on various pages in bulk
bulk versioning, rollout, page property and page components updates, controlled Search and replaces
Extracting fragments from multiple pages in bulk.
Updating promo bars on multiple pages
Updating the same components on multiple pages
Search and replace any string

Content on Adobe.com. We need a capability to change things in bulk and this is required for efficiency reasons. We leverage Query Builder on AEM. We need something similar to that on Helix.
