🔊 P1 go-live: hardware E2E + activation on pi5-hailo

The P1 foundation is merged (PR #112) and deployed to pi5-hailo. Remaining steps are human-gated — work through with Claude at the keyboard:

• claude /login inside the tmux pane (ssh pi@pi5-hailo, tmux attach -t adhdo)
• Router: DHCP reservation for 192.168.0.115
• Jellyfin wizard at http://192.168.0.115:8096 — disable transcoding + chapter images, add Music library, create focus/calm playlists, put playlist IDs + API key in ~/adhdo2/config.yaml
• Audible E2E per adhdo2/E2E_CHECKLIST.md (cast, nudge + resume polling on real hardware, wake round-trip, watchdog, recycle, reboot catch-up)
• Debug: state currently returns devices: [] (pychromecast discovery timeout tuning; avahi sees all 5 devices)
• Final switch: ~/adhdo2/scripts/install-cron.sh to start heartbeats
