🧠 P2 sprint: situational awareness + proactive nudging

Per spec (docs/superpowers/specs/2026-07-10-adhdo2-design.md) — starts after P1 go-live.

Goal: the resident session wakes, sees the whole picture (calendar, Gmail, journal patterns), and intervenes proactively.

• Connector setup on the Pi (interactive, once): Google Calendar + Gmail in the resident session
• Wake-up routine v2 in session CLAUDE.md: consult calendar/Gmail when relevant; re-auth nudge on connector failure
• Proactive nudges: meds, breaks, bedtime wind-down, hyperfocus interruption (fixed events already in cron; add reasoning-driven ones)
• Personalization loop: session consults journal patterns before choosing intervention type/timing; logs outcome/feedback rows; nightly rollup job + 90-day retention pruning (schema exists)
• Nudge resume polish verified on hardware (poll-until-idle shipped in P1; tune on device)

Quality backlog folded in (from reviews): envelope BaseException→Exception; cast stop journaling + device-not-found symmetry; logical-vs-real device name in cast output; Jellyfin fallthrough unit test; _parse_at ISO + quiet-hours boundary tests; TTS cache prune on every run; deploy.sh installs piper-tts; true 25-min heartbeat cadence (current */25 has a 10-min hour-boundary gap); document catch-up/schedule interplay.
