Update GSoC 2025 Idea List Before Deadline

This is a friendly reminder to update your GSoC 2025 idea list if your project plans to participate.

📌 Important Deadlines:

  • Google's final deadline: February 11th, 18:00 UTC (no extensions).
  • NumFOCUS soft deadline: February 10th, 18:00 UTC (24 hours prior).

I have created a PR here numfocus/gsoc#482. The project list itself needs to be populated with details still .
