Create CI/CD for playground

After we create tests for playground we should create CI/CD.

We can use Travis or Jenkins

I have talked to Dincho for proposals, and he suggested to try this one: https://cirrus-ci.org/. He hasn't used it but we can spare some time to investigate. If not we can try using Travis CI, but we can have some limitation due to the number of projects currently using it in this organization.
