<section id="about">
<h2>About</h2>
<p>I am a Mathematics PhD student at Duke University, working on quantum error correction under the supervision of <a href="https://scholars.duke.edu/person/robert.calderbank" target="_blank">Robert Calderbank</a>. I received Duke's <a href="https://gradschool.duke.edu/professional-development/programs/certificate-college-teaching/" target="_blank">Certificate in College Teaching</a>.</p>
<p>I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Honors) and was advised by <a href="https://pondside.uchicago.edu/ecm/cowan.html" target="_blank">Jack Cowan</a>, <a href="https://math.uchicago.edu/~eskin/" target="_blank">Alex Eskin</a>, and <a href="https://www.math.uchicago.edu/~may/" target="_blank">Peter May</a>.</p>
<p>I am interested in quantum error correction, autonomous research, mathematical superintelligence, diffusion models, world models, and AI safety.</p>
