(Bug) MQTT stops sending packets

Over time it looks like the mqtt / packet system stops sending over to mqtt.

After an unknown period of time packets stop getting sent to mqtt brokers:

But after the service is restarted it goes again for some time.

I will try to watch how long it takes to stop.

Found it, so when the bot disconnect from the companion radio that throws something off and it reloads, and reconnects to the brokers, but does not send packets.

Thanks for tracking that down. I'll get a fix pushed ASAP.

@Littleaton If you try the dev branch, I think I've fixed this. I'll need to flash my bot radio to TCP to test it, so if you can do it that would save me some work. The service plugins weren't resubscribing to their callbacks after reconnecting. You can also test the improved TCP reconnect logic.

Works like a charm.

restarted companion 3 times and it reconnected each time and mqtt started right back up syncing.
