botocore 1.37.0 required for claude 3.7

The older version of botocore required by aioboto is unable to process thinking blocks, returning {'SDK_UNKNOWN_MEMBER': {'name': 'reasoningContent'}}

Note: 1.37 appears to have some breaking changes, simply forcing the dependency results in mismatched args internally.

Support for boto3 1.37 is very much needed for Claude 3.7. I can help if needed if I can get some pointers from people more familiar with this repository.
