I get in contact with Leonard in August 2015, but did not get more information on these issues. I have inserted my proposals in the document, based on the information available.

In addition, Leonard has asked another question: "has anyone asked for a placeholder within the TransactionResponse structure for messages or data related to insertion of changes to features that do not generate faults? For example, if someone inserts a feature, which is dependent on another feature, but they are not in the same time period, internally we allow it, if the feature is being “worked” and not published at the time of insert. We want to allow the insert, but inform the client of the misalignment in time periods.

End of wfs.xsd:

            <xsd:complexType name="CreatedOrModifiedFeatureExtensionType" abstract="true" />
            <xsd:complexType name="CreatedOrModifiedFeatureType">
                            <xsd:sequence maxOccurs="unbounded">
                                            <xsd:element ref="fes:ResourceId"/>
                                            <xsd:element name="extension" type="wfs:CreatedOrModifiedFeatureExtensionType" minOccurs="0"/>
                            </xsd:sequence>
                            <xsd:attribute name="handle" type="xsd:string"/>
            </xsd:complexType>

/xsd:schema"

This comment refers to extended validation of features, which is something for a future version of WFS-TE.
