Implement AND/OR functionality to the searches

As a user of the platform, I would like to be able to choose between AND/OR functionality for the keywords inputted into the query in order to narrow down the results and increase the accuracy of my searches.

An additional potential feature could include purposely omitting keywords from the query.

Ask Jesse if we should choose the expected behaviour to be AND or OR, or if we should let the user decide how to search for the terms (aka give them the option of AND OR)

The mockup below shows how the AND/OR functionality should look on the website. The AND option should be checked by default. Also, it needs to be a custom radio button (when one is selected, the other one must be automatically deselected).
