Describe the bug

some of the very important options changes are not saved = discarded on refresh (F5):

Soft Wrap
Folding
Soft Tabs

Reproduction Steps

go to https://ace.c9.io/build/kitchen-sink.html
change Soft Wrap
refresh

Ace Version / Browser / OS / Keyboard layout

1.39.0
