Describe the bug

options outside of the screen are not visible and the only unreliable hint at their existence is that the last visible option can be partially visible

Expected Behavior

there should be some hint that they exist and a simple way to get to them

a scroll bar, for example

Current Behavior

you need to use mouse wheel, or select and scroll to even find out about them
