The TOC works flawlessly, but the rendered TOC is not cross-linked.
It would be nice adding a function that mofies:
Myheader
into :
Myheader
for the TOC to be cross linked ... just a kindly suggestion (i don't use markdown as much to justify a pull-request on my side, sorry :D).
