Trouble installing egcurl in a Python virtual environment #20

I started a virtual environment and installed egcurl like this:

virtualenv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install httpie-edgegrid

However, when I try to run it like:

egcurl -X POST -uadmin:admin SOME_URL

I get:

-bash: ./egcurl: No such file or directory

What could be the cause of this?

@octaviantuchila14, that pip install command in the README is actually for an alternative tool, httpie. Egcurl doesn't currently have a mechanism for installing it locally, you need to clone the repository and run the script directly out of it.

The fix for this issue should be to support installation of egcurl by pip.
