Investigate SDL secrets storage options #835

To be able to store SDLs on the backend safely so that data is exchanged between clients/devices we need to come up with proper toolset. This issue is create to answer some of the questions:

  1. what would be a reliable and easy backend storage to store data
  2. is there browser integrations/sdks for some popular secret storage tools (e.g. 1pass)
