Make Promotion Template a Standalone CRD for Reusability Across All Stages.kargo.akuity.io

Is there any plan to move the Promotion Template in stage CRD to a standalone CRD, such as promotiontemplate.kargo.akuity.io?

It would be really helpful if we didn’t have to define the same promotionTemplate in every stage YAML file.

For example, stage CR can refer to the globe promotiontemplate like below
