Add HTTPS and CORS filter toggles #8
Description
Developers building browser-based apps need CORS support. Those building secure apps require HTTPS. These are important filters that aren't currently exposed.
Proposed solution
Add toggle switches or filter chips for:
- HTTPS only
- CORS supported
Acceptance criteria
- Filters combinable with category and auth filters
- Applied filters shown clearly so users know what's active
- Result count updates accordingly
