Unable to get streams (extractError)

I’ve been getting an extractError when trying to play videos for the past few hours. I believe it’s the same error as the closed issue #92. Since that was fixed, everything had been working fine until today. @alexeichhorn

Sorry, it might be working again now. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch? I haven’t changed anything in the app’s code. If it keeps working fine for a day, I’ll go ahead and close the issue.

I encountered the same issue the other day, and it fixed a few hours later without changing anything, wired.

I noticed that in some cases, the generated link is not valid and cannot be played. The browser returns the following error:

Access to rr2---sn-apo9uxaxjv-btol.googlevideo.com was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403

I tested it on both my device and the simulator using the same YouTube ID. It worked on the simulator, but not on my iPhone. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

@alexeichhorn Sorry for my late reply.
I’ve been using version 0.2.9 (e7bf2f5) for about a week and didn’t have any issues.
But today, a few hours ago, I suddenly started getting extractError again, so I updated to the latest code from the main branch (version 0.4), but it’s still extractError.

Other YouTube playback apps that likely use different libraries also can’t play videos now, so it might be an API change on YouTube’s side.

If you can confirm, that’d help a lot.

Sorry, it works now. The issue only occurred for about an hour. The other app that likely uses a different library started working again as well. Weird...
