In my case payment-method ended up matching 42-method and threw me 404 when attempting a GET request to the resource.

Dynamic segments (parameters), should always be underscored to avoid this when matching with regex. :payment-method -> :payment_method

It's possible to pass the id as an option to overcome this, but this should probably be marked as a bug, just fyi.
