Weekly Report - Week 5

Overview

Final week of the project. The team is wrapping up the project and preparing for the final presentation.

Accomplishments

  • Completed the final presentation.
  • Prepared the post-mortem report.
  • Wrote and published the last weekly report.

Challenges

  • The team had to work on the final presentation without the project manager, meaning that he won't know what the final presentation looks like until the presentation day.
  • The team was last in the presentation order, which meant that the team had to wait for the other teams to present before they could present, which was a bit stressful.
  • The product was less attractive than the other teams' products

Conclusion

This project was a great learning experience where all the team members learned a lot about their role and the FPGA technology. The team worked well together and managed to deliver a working product. The team is proud of what they have accomplished and is looking forward to the next project.

Now, during the hollidays, the post-mortem report will be written and the team will be ready to be split up and go with their new teams for the next project.
