Fixed in PR #55 (merged).

The install script uses {category}-{name} naming, so the correct commands are:

• /development-scaffold (not /scaffold)
• /workflow-review (not /review)
• /testing-test-gen (not /test-gen)
• /documentation-docs-gen (not /docs-gen)

All 33 references in GETTING-STARTED.md have been updated. Thanks for catching this @jpDxsolo!
