Provide a tool to track necessary files for building. #205
Description
Some file in the extracted source code is neither necessary for building scheduler module, nor necessary to manage them in the source code repo.
Provide a tool to help users identity which files they should keep. This tool either delete unnecessary files, or write file names which should be tracked to a list file.
This feature will be very useful when users want to maintain a separate git repo for a scheduler module.
