Combine profile and context in "About"

As a user, I want a clean and understandable platform
As a developer, I want consistency between what the users see and what is in the code
As a user, I want my content to be in the correct place after a platform update.

We used to show the information from the Vision field in the context in the welcome block on the dashboard of the space and subspace, but we're now changing this field to pick up the profile description instead. Note that this is already the case for the subspaces since the new subspace create flow was released (End of 2024) (so we currently have a bug here).

Acceptance criteria

• Change context fields
  • Impact --> Why
  • Vision --> When
  • (Who remains as is)
• Switch content between the old context > vision (new about > when) and profile description
• New SpaceAbout entity, exposed as field on Space + combining why, when, who from Context with Profile from Space
