Change default template

Description

As a user, I am confused when I stil get get tutorials when I select no tutorials.
As a PO, I want a default Subspace template without tutorials

There is confusion now when a user selects 'no tutorials' but still gets tutorials in their subspace because of the current default template (id": "196cb157-4e04-4ef1-9308-034a9ebf772c", "nameID": "defaultsubspacetemplate")

Acceptance criteria
