UK Biobank siloed analysis

The notebooks in this directory are part of a larger project to Demonstrate the Potential for Pooled Analysis of All of Us and UK Biobank Genomic Data. Specifically they are for the portion of the project that is the siloed analysis performed on the UK Biobank Research Analysis Platform (RAP).

The notebooks have numbered prefixes such that they are listed in the order of execution.
