Context

Use this repo as inspiration for Ralph improvements:

Goal

Review open-ralph-wiggum and identify high-leverage ideas we can adapt into Wolfpack Ralph UX/workflow without copying implementation.

Scope

• Compare workflows, phase model, prompts, and operator controls.
• Propose concrete, Wolfpack-native improvements (API/UI/worker behavior).
• Prioritize ideas by impact vs implementation effort.

Deliverables

• A shortlist of candidate ideas with:
  • problem solved
  • expected UX/dev impact
  • rough implementation scope
  • risks/tradeoffs
• Recommended top 1-3 items for implementation as follow-up issues.

Notes

• Reuse concepts; do not copy code.
• Keep compatibility with existing Ralph flow unless explicitly changed.
