Tomography: Injest reconstructed datasets into scicat

Now that that we are reconstructing data in our prefect workflows, we can now ingest the derived data sets into scicat, associating them with their raw data sets.

I have implemented the core functionality as part of the CFS to HPSS PR:

orchestration/flows/scicat/ingestor_controller.py

• includes an abstract method ingest_new_derived_dataset()
• can be extended with concrete implementation for each beamline

orchestration/flows/bl832/scicat_ingestor.py

• extends the abstract ingest_new_derived_dataset() for the BL832 implementation
• ingests derived reconstruction datasets (tiff and zarr) and associate them with the raw dataset.
• generate thumbnails for the reconstructions

scripts/test_controllers_end_to_end.py

• include a TestIngestorController class that includes a bare minimum implementation of ingest_new_raw_dataset and ingest_new_derived_dataset for testing

Next step:

• incorporate derived dataset ingestion into the bl832 dispatcher
