I noticed that the navigation bar is not remaining fixed at the top of the page while scrolling. This affects the user experience, as the navbar becomes inaccessible once the user scrolls down.

Expected Behavior:
The navbar should remain fixed at the top of the viewport throughout scrolling, ensuring quick and consistent access to navigation options.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the web page.

Start scrolling down.

Observe that the navbar moves up and disappears from view.
