Enhancement: add hover / focus effect for "Getting Started with Ethical Hacking" content cards

Summary

The "Getting Started with Ethical Hacking" learning sections would benefit from a subtle hover/focus effect to improve discoverability and perceived interactivity. Currently the list of topics (e.g. "Setup for learning", "Virtualization", "Introduction to Penetration Testing", "📌 What is RSA?" etc.) is plain text — adding a small card/hover animation will make the UI feel more modern and help users know items are clickable or selectable.

What I propose

Add a small CSS hover + focus effect for the content items (cards or list elements). The effect should be:

• Subtle (scale + shadow + background tint)
• Respect prefers-reduced-motion
• Include a visible focus state for keyboard users (outline)
• Easy to drop into the current stylesheet
