docs: context awareness relies on language AI models

Describe the bug
My understanding is that Amical relies on language AI models to enable context awareness. This is unclear from the documentation on context awareness which states:

Context detection is automatic — there's nothing to configure.

System Information

• Operating System: MacOS 26.3
• RAM: 16GB

• CPU: Apple M2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Amical without language models configured
2. Try to dictate in Apple notes app

Expected behavior

Either

a) context aware dictation formats the note (rather than dictating everything on a single line)

or

b) documentation is updated to reflect that a language model is necessary for context aware dictation
