Description:: This feature is part of the #178 that involve creating documentation on the technical aspect of the project, to run and test the build.

User Story

As a software development team,
we need to update the technical documentation
to ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the project and provide a clear, comprehensive resource for the IP team during the handover process and afterwards.

Acceptance Criteria

• All existing technical documentation is reviewed and updated to reflect the current state of the project.
• New documentation is created for any features or components added since the last update.
• The architecture of the project is thoroughly documented, including high-level design diagrams, component descriptions, and interactions between components.
• Key parts of the codebase are documented, including explanations of core modules, classes, and functions.
• Instructions for setting up the development environment, including dependencies, configuration, and build steps, are updated.
• Common issues and their solutions are documented in a troubleshooting section.
• A knowledge transfer session is conducted with the IP team to walk through the updated technical documentation.

Definition of Done

• The feature has been fully implemented.
• The feature code is documented with clear explanations of its functionality and usage.
• The feature code has been reviewed and approved by at least one team member.
• The feature branches have been merged into the main branch and closed.
• The feature utility, function and usage have been documented in the respective project wiki on github.
