When I select a time for a new event and it renders a placeholder. I want to be able to click away to cancel this action. Currently, the only way of doing that is by hitting "Esc" key, but that might not be obvious for everyone / intuitive.
I only think this should happen if the user hasn't interacted with it by writing a title/description or anything else that can be filled out.
How can we reproduce it?
Select a time range in the calendar
Observe a placeholder event
Click on other interactive elements / click anywhere
Observe that placeholder is still there
What did you expect to happen?
Placeholder to disappear.
