Incorrectly categorizes an event that crosses midnight as an all-day event

What’s the bug?

How can we reproduce it?

1. Have an event that starts before midnight and ends after in your timezone.
2. Observe that event is placed in "All day" section

What did you expect to happen?

I expect it to be a block in the calendar as a regular event. One block from start time to midnight of the first day and another block from midnight to end time of the next day.
