Add scrolling across timeline with laptop trackpad

I'd like to be able to "scroll" across the calendar timeline with my mac's trackpad like you can in Notion Cal

Happy to take this on! Wanted to find out if the team is interested to support this and if anyone else is already working on it.

I'm thinking of adding trackpad scrolling to week/month views + preload a few periods ahead so it's smooth. As a bonus, also fixes the current lag with moving to next and previous period.

@Akashamba @ripgrim Yeah, this is definitely something we want. I've got an incomplete prototype from a while ago.

The algorithm to determine the placement of all day and multi day events probably needs to be redesigned. And scrolling should use CSS scroll snap to snap to weeks/days.
