Add Config JSON #3
Description
In the user's home directory, according to the platform's conventions, allow creation of a json file that handles configuration (default running state) of the app.
- All of the CLI options should be represented.
- All options should be... optional.
Steps:
- Define Schema
- Implement JSON-read step in load
- Deal with error handling.
