Annotations dont work when @ decorator is used in service

I have a class written in ES6 style which is then exposed as angular service
Annotations are working fine until this class used @ decorator.

I am using mobx actions which requires methods to be decorated with @action. The moment I use @action inside my class annotations start breaking.

Is this a known issue?

It seems like we simply need to use this acorn plugin : https://github.com/angelozerr/acorn-es7
But how do we include it into the pipeline?
