angr/angr container image is outdated (either update or remove reference to it) #29

Running angr from a container is featured prominently in the How do I use angr? section. However, the container has not been updated in a long time. Either the container should be updated, or it should not be recommended.

it seems my attempt to get us open-source access to docker hub's autobuild service has failed. lol

@twizmwazin can we get the docker image built and pushed to docker hub as part of nightly CI?

Reference to Docker image removed for now until it's good to go
