Symptom: Unable to select multiple cells while holding down Ctrl and clicking.

Tested for ui-grid v3.0.0-rc.22-e8fe073
Functionality works for Firefox v38.0.5.
Able to replicate issue on the Cell Navigation Tutorial example at http://ui-grid.info/docs/#/tutorial/202_cellnav.

The issue was existing on grid v3.0.0-rc.22.

It was fixed on grid v3.0.2 by this change Accessibility Support to Cell Nav.
